Cindy isn’t just the founder; she’s walked in your shoes. With 30 years in the automotive industry, Cindy Lawrence rose from service advisor to service manager to national trainer and software implementer. She helped launch and refine platforms like CDK, Xtime, and others across hundreds of rooftops nationwide, from independently run Chrysler Jeep stores to Mercedes-Benz dealerships under AutoNation.
Cindy has lived the chaos of the service lane, trained the teams, managed the people, solved the problems, and built the operational systems that actually worked. No matter the dealership, the song remains the same: the friction points, blind spots, and breakdowns persist. Despite different brands, teams, and tools, the core challenges endure.
